This particular piece is very special. It was not something we found but rather something that was given to us. Our dear friends were beachcombing in Tofino, BC on Long Beach which is the most well-known beach of the National Pacific Rim Park. On their hunt, they came across two scallop shells. They wanted us to make them each a scallop shell necklace to wear on their wedding day. We were so honoured to be a part of making something so special.
They also gifted us one of the scallop shells so we could use it and share its beauty with others. The fan-like shape and detailed lines encompass all the wonder and beauty of Tofino and the West Coast of BC.
