How the process works

- We’ll contact you to arrange an in-person appointment to capture the palm print (yours or your loved ones').
- Palm print appointment: The impression process is quick, safe, and gentle. In-person appointments ensure the most accurate and detailed results.
- Handcrafting begins: Once the molds are complete, we carefully create your custom silver necklace.
Production & delivery
- Processing time: 10–14 business days after the palm print molds are completed
- Delivery: Your finished piece will be shipped or made available for local pickup
